She is a formerly trained artist, studying art education in college. Denise has used her training to become an expressive art facilitator and coach. She currently teaches expressive art classes to discover art as an intuitive, inner guiding, spiritual practice.

The Inner Critic is that voice that prevents us from being more creative in our life and stops us from taking risks. It can hold us back from showing up fully and being vulnerable. In this creative, fun workshop, we will learn how to recognize our inner critic, bring it into the light, and learn how to play and build a healthy relationship with it. You will use expressive art and journaling to become more creative, bolder, and step into your creative power. 

Absolutely no art skill or experience needed. If you can draw stick figures with crayons you got this! Price includes all supplies.
