About this Class: Yoga is for every-body! All abilities will benefit from this class as we use the chair, as needed, as a yoga prop. Revitalize your entire being by moving with the breath, creating fluidity, flexibility and mobility in your joints and soft tissue, as well as stability, balance and strength.

You can expect improved posture and spine health, more confidence, strength and ease in your everyday life.
By moving with your breath, your nervous system calms, reducing anxiety and stress; your body opens naturally and safely, and you create more space in every layer of your being - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Come join us!
