Breath Work & Sound Healing Meditation w/ Rev. Rebecca Berry & Kay Samuelson, RScP - Summer 2023

Saturdays, 3:30-5pm (PST) in person or on Zoom; July 29, August 19, September 16, October 21, November 18, December 16 | Course Description:
You will learn and practice a powerful Pranayama breath technique combined with sound healing. This process will increase the oxygenation in your body for greater overall health as well as providing a connection from your unconscious to your conscious mind.

Benefits of Participation:
- Old traumas and deep-seated patterns can be released and healed
- Gain an increased sense of Presence, Peace, Awareness and Bliss

Recommended: Wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat and a blanket.

About the Facilitators: This class will be guided by Rev. Rebecca Berry and Kay Samuelson, RScP.
Rev. Rebecca has taught accredited classes for students planning to become licensed practitioners, created, and facilitated numerous workshops on communication, relationships, prosperity, and spiritual success, and lectured at mid-week and Sunday services at CSL and New Thought churches. She has been facilitating Breath Work classes for Seaside Center for several years both in-person and on Zoom.
She has taught: Science of Mind Classes (in addition to the required Foundations Class).
She has been a Licensed minister of Religious Science since December 1999.
Kay Samuelson has been a SOM Licensed Practitioner in the study of consciousness for 18 years at Seaside Center for Spiritual Living. Kay also uses sound as a healing modality and has played with the Bishwa Seva Sound Meditation Team for the last 13 years. Kay chooses to live her life on purpose, intentionally touching the lives of others in affirmative ways.
